Welcome to Elite Gateway. By booking any travel service with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

• "Elite Gateway," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the travel agency headquartered in Kerala, India.

• "Client," "you," or "traveler" refers to the individual or entity purchasing or intending to purchase travel services.

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our agency, website, or authorized representatives.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable advance payment, the percentage of which will vary by package.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation without refund.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or in-person).

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, processing fees, and any non-refundable costs from airlines, hotels, or service providers.

• No refunds will be made for no-shows, unused services, or early departures once travel has commenced.

4. Amendments to Bookings

• Amendments to confirmed bookings (e.g., change in dates, destination, traveler name) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Elite Gateway is not liable for any costs arising from amendments imposed by airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors.

5. Travel Documents & Visa

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for international or domestic travel.

• We provide assistance with visa processing but do not guarantee visa approval by embassies or consulates.

• Any delay or denial in visa issuance will be handled as per our cancellation terms.

6. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. It is the client’s responsibility to purchase a policy that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of baggage, and other risks.

• Elite Gateway is not liable for any losses due to the absence or insufficiency of insurance coverage.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Elite Gateway acts only as an agent between the traveler and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).

• We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party actions, natural disasters, political events, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Compensation for inconveniences caused by third parties will be limited to the refund received from the relevant service provider, if any.

8. Force Majeure

• Elite Gateway is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

9. Health & Safety

• Clients are advised to consult medical professionals before travel and ensure that they meet health and vaccination requirements.

• We are not responsible for any health issues that may arise during or after the trip.

10. Conduct & Behavior

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a traveler’s participation in a tour if their behavior causes distress, risk, or inconvenience to others or damages our reputation.

• No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Data Privacy

• Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• We do not share your data with third parties, except when required for service delivery (e.g., airlines, hotels, visa agencies).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

13. Amendment of Terms

• Elite Gateway reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms before booking.
